A light, powerful, fast-action specialty rod designed for myriad Nymphing techniques. It has a light, responsive tip, but the lower 3/4ths of the rod is extra stiff to help you "pull" weighted nymphs or free drift them through likely runs. This 4-weight version is for slightly heavier leaders and larger trout. NRX gives anglers a huge advantage with any nymphing technique because it's extremely sensitive.
