When rivers run swift and deep, this rod is truly in it's element, making light work of handling 600-650 grain Skagit lines plus the heavy sink-tips and big weighted flies. Wind, rain long casts? Not your problem any more! When fishing the likes of the Thompson, the Skagit or the Skeena this is the rod you want.
