Joe Saracione has a passion for Saltwater Big Game fishing as much as his love for building beautiful reels. His latest "Islamorada" proves this in every possible way. I met Joe at the 2012 Internation Fly Tackle Dealer trade show and got to handle this beast tamer. Very quickly I had a sudden urge to go Tarpon fishing. The Islamorada reels are a work of art but not the kind of stuff to sit around and look good but with a brute strength that only will improve with some battle scars. I am convinced they will survive whatever any Big Game fish can give them and live to tell their stories!
