Review (Tell us Why?: I fish mostly rivers and streams in the northeast which are very rocky and often very slippery. Having a rugged boot is very important to me for ankle support and protection against abrasion of rocks and other obstacles. I reviewed many wading boots before deciding on this make. The Simms Guide Wading boots are solidly constructed and I am sure will last quite a long time. I was concerned about the fit since Simms recommends a size larger then your normal shoe but having tried the boots they fit great and will be comfortable for full days of fishing. I am very satisfied with everything about these boots and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs protection and comfort all day long.
