"Customer Service"

Review (Tell us Why?: I have not had a chance to check out the Products I just purchased so until I can I wanted to write about the Awesome Customer Service I received. I had ordered Korker interchangeable Soles and within 2 days I had the product, unfortunatley Korker has changed their design and the product I received was for the new boots not the style I had. I took a picture of the 2 soles and emailed them to the Gorge Fly Shop and with an hour I received a call from Lyndsey apologizing for my error. Since she was headed my direction in 2 days she offered to meet me so I could return the soles. That alone was above and beyond any customer service I have ever received. But she went beyond that and hunted down a pair of soles that fit my old style boots and had them shipped directly to me and I received them 2 days later. To say the least I have put them at the top of my Favorites List.
