The Sage 6060 is an extremely adaptable reel, covering line sizes 5 through 7. This bomb-proof reel is ideal for multiple applications including trout fishing on big waters, light switch rod setups and is also a great choice for saltwater beach and flats anglers who use 6 and 7-weights. The 6000 reel series was built around our exclusive SCS drag system that creates a silky smooth resistance while efficiently dissipating heat. It does all this with a minimum of weight, allowing fishermen more line feel and the ability to make more casts without fatigue.
