Most orders will ship by the same, or next business day, if there is any delay in shipping of your order we will notify you immediately.  If you need it faster, please contact us to make arrangements for expedited shipping.  We are happy to expedite shipping, those costs will be calculated for you at that time.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not ship SIMMS or G. Loomis products outside the United States.

Most international orders ship via USPS International when size and weight allow. Items that exceed USPS limits may ship by UPS or another surface method.

• Orders under $750.00: $75.00 flat-rate shipping
• Orders $750.00 and up: Free standard international shipping

UPS International (Optional)

UPS is faster and more reliable, but usually costs more. We can ship UPS by request. Extra charges may apply.

Oversized / Heavy Items

Oversized or heavy items may not qualify for our standard rates. Additional shipping charges may be required for heavy or oversize items. For oversize and heavy items you may want to contact us before ordering for estimated additional shipping cost of such items. Examples of such items are, but not limited to, luggage, bags, boats, float tubes, rod tubes, nets.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

Customers are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and import fees.

Most orders ship next business day. International delivery time is not guaranteed and may not include customs delays.

Theft of Delivered Packages:

Gorge Fly Shop is responsible for shipping orders to the address provided at checkout. Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or otherwise missing after delivery (including from mailboxes, porches, or similar locations).

RETURN POLICY
Gorge Fly Shop, Inc. will make every effort within reason to ensure that you the customer is 100% satisfied with our service and products. If you are not happy with an item you may return the item in new condition within 30 days for a full refund except for shipping charges. Items covered by a manufacturer warranty will need to be sent into that manufacturer for warranty claims.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be made minus our original shipping cost. All merchandise must be returned in their original package unused.
Fly lines that have been removed from their spool or installed on a reel cannot be returned for a refund.
Any Free fly lines that have been removed from their spool or installed on a reel cannot be returned, meaning the value of these lines will be deducted from the refund amount. This policy also includes backing that has been installed on a reel, the backing cannot be returned. Meaning the value of the backing will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once a fly line or backing is removed from the original manufactured spool or packaging it is considered used and we cannot resale it as new.

CLOSEOUT PRICING POLICY
Gorge Fly Shop has made a big effort to purchase large lots of closeout items from our vendors. Our margins on these items are very small in return passing these big savings on to our customers.  In the case that an item is not sold as quickly as we need it to and a price drop follows only purchases made within 7 days of price drop can be price matched.  This is once again due to our very small margins on these items.  Abuse of this policy will result in a 20% restocking fee on returns and refunds.  Example customers threatening  to return their item for refund for the same item at new price will be charged 20% restocking in addition to the normal refund minus our original shipping cost.

Please understand that we do not price closeouts with a plan to lower the price later, most closeouts sell out long before a price change is needed. Price drops on a closeout item only happen on an item that has not met our sales expectations and needs liquidated to cover our cost. We cannot afford to continue to operate our large closeout section if in these cases customers want us to refund the difference in price on previous purchases.
