RIO's Buttercup is the best looking damsel pattern around. Designed with a jig hook and bead to make the fly ride upside down, there is little issue with launching the Buttercup right into the shore to hit those fish targeting hatching damsels. With olive and tan color options it can represent both a damsel nymph, and a large Callibaetis nymph as well.
