Review (Tell us Why?: I ordered through the online site only to learn the item was on back order. After sending an email to customer support, I was immediately responded to with a satisfactory solution. The representative said they would grab a spool off a reel in the store and send it to me. They would then replace the spool on their reel when the spares came in. This was very much appreciated as we had a fishing trip planned for a few days later.
