"Sage foundation 5wt fly rod"

Review: I recently purchased a sage 5wt fly rod from Gorge fly shop. I paired it with the free rio gold fly line and a sage spectrum reel. The outfit balanced very well and was used extensively during a trip to Wyomings Salt River. The combo performed flawlessly with heavy nymphs,dry dropper, double dry rigs. Great rod and great service from Gorge fly shop.

Review: The Sage Foundation 9ft. 5wt. was a replacement for a St. Croix 5wt. that I lost. I have used it twice now at it fits the bill for me and is a geat replacement for the St. Croix. I called them about another rod that they carried and they sold me on the Sage. I had looked at it before but ruled it out. The guys at the Gorge Fly Shop know their stuff. Their thoughts, knowledge and great service were greatly appreciated.
