Review: I've bought several items from this shop over the years. Rod feels (and looks) good but proper field test required... Bought as a spare for travel will give this rod a good shake next month in NZ where (hopefully) some large trout will confirm the above. BTW: Great crew here!

Review: I purchased the Echo Ion XL 5wt. 10’ rod for Stillwater fishing. I used it this spring on Idaho high dessert lakes,for chironomiding w/ long leaders & indicator. It works great. Has the backbone for casting long leaders yet soft enough tip to chironomid w/ 4X tippet & #14 #16 hooks.

Most importantly, you will be taken care of in regards to purchase price, delivery and any immediate problems with your purchase.
