Review: Used tippet rings to connect mono to fluorocarbon for large steelhead in BC. No knot failures at the tippet ring on several 15 to 20 lb fish landed. Small sample size, but good enough to convince me that this is the best way I’ve found to connect mono to fluoro tippet.
