"Surprisingly NOT bulky"

Review: I wear a 9 1/2 mens and wasn't sure how the Medium (8-10) Simms Flyweight would fit in my wet wading shoes. In a 6-year-old pair of Simms Flats Sneakers (size 10) the socks work but probably too snug for extended time. A new pair of Astral Water Shoes (10) worked just fine. I like them snug, but figuring out if you want to jump up another complete size is that constant headache that you'll have to deal with. I'm planning to use them in the surf so I can't yet report on the sand intrusion situation. So far they get five stars for being Simms quality and thick enough to work as intended but not overly bulky.
