RIO's Brown Town came to us from the vise of Scott Byrne. He wanted a two-tone streamer that offered movement and fishability. This articulated minnow, with free flowing bunny and flash has been fished all over the West, from the 406 to the Green.For some of his buddies, this is their go-to streamer.
