I enjoy targeting trout as much as the next person, but what really gets my heart racing is the idea of getting a large carp to eat one of my bugs. Golden Bones! They truly are magical fish and the Metro Denver area may be one of the best carp fisheries in North America. With the Denver South Platte flowing through down town providing all kinds of great carp habitat, I designed this fly to quickly penetrate the water column and dance enticingly to get carps attention.
